Salon Assistants
We feel as if salon assistants are an integral part of our team. A salon assistant is a "stylist in training" that assist other stylists with various tasks while they hone their own craft. You must have at least 300 hours instruction from a licensed NC cosmetology school, be well organized and professional, have a passion for hair, and be committed to your education and training.

Our environment includes an incredible and diverse clientele, a lot of support, team building events, in-house education, and awesome products. We pay a guaranteed hourly rate while you are building your clientele - but we know you will get fully booked very quickly because we are turning clients away every day.
